Duplicate map

I am attempting to duplicate a map which I performed successfully in the past. I'm receiving an error 'The logged in user does not have security access'.  The view details indicates the collection is read-only.  My domain account is an admin under smartconnect and all options are selected.  Any suggestions?

I would log into SmartConnect as another user and unmark the user access for your domain user.  Then close SmartConnect.  Log back in and reset your Admin access.  Then see if you can duplicate the map.
