Duplicate map

I am receiving an error 'the logged in user does not have security access' when attempting to duplicate a map.  I tried the solution to uncheck/recheck the admin box under the security permissions but I am still unable to duplicate a map.  Any suggestions?

That was an issue on older builds of SmartConnect, which should be resolved if you upgrade to any 2013 version of SC.

On the builds that the issue occurred on I believe you could get around it by checking all the companies in the destination window for the map (or unmarking them all), duplicating it, and then removing the companies from the destination that you didn't need after it was done.
