Disassociate a CRM Record available on custom Entities?

Are the nodes such as “Disassociate Record”, “Associate Record”, and “Set the state of a record” only available on out of the box entities (e.g., Account, Contact)?
Or are these also available on Custom CRM Entities?

The standard advanced messages that you referenced are available for both standard and custom CRM entities.
 
Some standard entities have extra sdk actions available, for example Opportunity has nodes for win and lose opportunity. These would not be available on your custom entity.
