Delete or Overwrite All Extender Data In Window Field

We are running GP2013 with Extender 2013. I have an Extender window tied to the Item Master where one field is used to maintain notes on different items.
These notes are changed and updated daily on an Excel spreadsheet. I want to be able to import the updated list weekly to overwrite all the data that is already loaded. What would be the best approach?

Randy,
The best option would be to use SmartConnect to do the integration which could be scheduled to run at a time of your choosing. The data can be inserted if it doesn’t already exist for that Extender form or will update any existing data.
