Delete a Retired/Inactive Instance from SmartConnect 21

Hi there;

I have an instance that was configured with a bad Database name. I since retired this within SmartConnect 21 and created the correct one. Is there a way to remove this bad, inactive, instance from the configuration which will also remove the database or do I need to do so via the backend tables?

Please let me know if any additional detail is needed.
