Decimal places in smartview

When running smartview for posting accounts decimal places show as -1.
Accounts show with correct decimal places in GP and in SQL

GP stores decimal places in a dropdown list and the dropdown list number is 1 greater than the number of decimal places. SmartView takes that number and subtracts 1 and displays the result without going through Dexterity so that is why when it is 0 it displays -1.
