Data Source Preview issue

How do I refresh the data in the SmartConnect Preview pane. I can see my current import file in preview but it is mixed with some data that looks old or like garbage. Is there a way to reinitialize the preview lookup?

I usually just click the “Validate” button and then the “Preview” button. That seems to refresh the connection.

I tried that and it did not work. The problem turned out to be hidden columns in the source worksheet.
