Data not visible in Extended Windows

Hi,
We are using Dynamics GP2016 R2 with its Extender. Recently, we have an issue in its extended window, One user enter some information in Extended Windows and save the documents. When he revisit that document to amend in data, there were nothing.
However, upon checking backend SQL data, that data was existing in its SQL table.
Can someone please guide how to recover that data into GP extended windows.

Irfan,
I don’t recall a general issue around this so i would make sure you are on the latest issue of Extender for your GP version.
Next, you would have to look at the data written into the Extender table and verify it is ok. Since it appears to be hand entered, i don’t see how it could be wrong but worth looking at.
And then lastly, running a DexSQL.log to see how Extender is trying to read that data.
