CRM Connector error
We’ve recently started having an issue with the CRM connector. It was setup for SmartConnect 2018 (on premise) as described here:
At the moment, I can verify and get a token on the CRM setup window… so that’s all good, but when I open the map, it give an error and the integration fails to run.
Error #1 upon opening the integration:
Failed to connect to the CRM Server.
Error #2 after running the integration:
Failed to set column [column1] to a list option lookup column.
Error #2 is probably because it can’t connect properly to CRM online….
