CRM change data source map failed to get CRM Organization
When that happens all other maps that I have are not working until I restart smatconnect service.
I am running CRM and GP 2015 on premise and SmartConnect version 184.108.40.206.
Please can anyone help me with this error message?
Was a resolution ever found for this? I am having the same issue. Same time every day, I get the same error.
Failed to get CRM Organizations : An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.
The issue is the connection to CRM will time-out after 6 hours. In SmartConnect 2016 the Scheduling Service didn’t automatically refresh the connection to CRM before it expired. If you upgrade to SmartConnect 2017 or 2018 the service will function correctly.
Hi Ethan, We are on 220.127.116.11. Is this not recent? (I believe our GP admin upgraded it somewhat recently)
