Create a "My Favorites" Group in SmartView

Create a folder or filter that allows users to organize and manage frequently used SmartView Favorites that are available to all users. Currently, users are “forced” to see all favorites that are shared with the entire company instead of only seeing the favorites that they use.
There are be several potential ways to add this functionality:
1. A separate grouping in SmartView called “My Favorites”
2. A way to filter the entire SmartView Favorite Library by “My Favorites” or “All”
3. A way to mark individual Favorites so that they stand out in some way
4. Reworking the Favorites so that there are saved searches (currently called Favorites) in a library that users can add as “Favorites” (meaning that they’re visible in the user’s personal library).
