Could not find the entity id to restrict the query

Hi, Environment: Smartconnect : 20.13.1.89, CRM : 2013, GP :2013 We are trying to integrate the Account Master from CRM to Great Plains Customer Master through smartConnect. But, It’s failed. I have checked the SQL profiler and tables. There is a table “AsyncOperationBase” in CRM. It has the error message “Plugin processing failed : Could not find the entity id to restrict the query”. And detailed error message on trace file is “Error fetchXml does not contain the required restriction parameter. Could not find the entity id to restrict the query. Web service exception : Could not find the entity id to restrict the query” Can you please let me know about how to resolve the issue? Thanks, Rajini

It sounds like that map is a real-time process since it is going through the web service. If that is the case, when you look at the real-time data source setup there should be a criteria filter applied to the account entity.

If you look in the query builder for the source, the criteria applied to the Account.Account attribute (the guid) should be:  = '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000'

That value gets replaced when the plugin runs with the real guid of the record being modified so that it only runs for that one specific record.
