Configuring a rest connector

Good afternoon,

We are running smartconnect version 20.18.49 (for now we are stuck with that).

I am trying to configure a REST connector, but the configure button is greyed out. I Ran the installer again, making sure to select webservice and WCF service, but that didn’t change anything.

What am I missing ?

Update: I just realised the installer actually didnt make any changes. It produced an error: “Smartconnect Setup ended prematurely due to an error ..etc etc No details on the error at all. Is this related to my above question?
