Companies not appearing in Posting Routine

We have been using smartpost for some years and have just had an upgrade done. All the existing Routines are fine however when I have created a new one and clicked on the companies button none are displayed for selection. How can I fix this?

I would guess that after the upgrade you didn’t enter the new registration key and so it doesn’t see SmartPost as being registered.

Thank-you for your reply and you are correct, the folk who did the upgrade haven’t entered in the new registration keys
