Client install
I installed Smartconnect on a new laptop of an existing Smartconnect user. I installed Smartconnect and all indented options and eConnect for GP 2010. The user can launch Smartconnect but receives the following error when attempting to edit or run a map. eConnect is not installed on this computer or you do not have access. If I log onto the laptop I can edit and run maps. What are the potential causes of this error?
