I am having a strange issue with SmartConnect, the system will not allow me to create/edit any tasks within a map.

1. Login to GP as SA
2. Select SmartConnect >> Map
3. Open an exiting Map
4. Click icon in top right
5. Select Tasks >> Document >> After >> Success
6. Window apears with my existing taks

 No matter what I do, double click the name, click the + or – button, OK, nothing works on this screen, I have to right click from the task bar and click close.

Any ideas as to why this is happening.
