Can a Purchase Order auto integrate as another company Sales Order?

Absolutely. There is nothing stopping you taking A GP query to use the PO as a datasource, and move that to a SOP dcument in another databse as the destination (or the same databse if yo uwanted). Thats the beauty of SC – allowing you to mix and match your source and destination as you need ot.
You could do this real time or a as a batch process once a day etc.
