Gil,
There are two approaches you can use to backup maps.
1. Export the maps from the Maintenance Menu and save them in a folder.
2. Backup the SmartConnect database to restore if needed.
I prefer the first approach so you don’t overwrite all maps, just the one you need to replace. It is a personal preference of which is best.
