An open operation no table ‘EXT_Extender_Menus’ failed

GP 2013 1343 with Extender 12_36. Certain users get the error in certain companies.
"An open operation on table 'EXT_Extender_Menus' failed accessing SQL data."
Why?

Rich,
I am guessing that if you hit the More Info, you are getting a Select Permission Denied error or something similiar since you mention it is only for some users.
I would like you to run the Grant.sql script that can be found in the SQLUtil folder of your GP install. You will want to run this against the company and system databases. This should set the permissions properly. I would recommend making sure you have a valid backup of the databases before running it.
