Adding New Users from different Domain

I am trying to add a user to SmartConnect from a differnt Domain nd it will not find the user.  I have added her as both as a regular GP user and as a SQL login user using the new domain (Domainuser).  Every time I try to add her as a SamrtConnect user the App cannot find her.  Any ideas?

You can only add users who are part of the current domain using the user interface.

You can use SQL Management Studio to insert users for another domain into the User table in the Smart Connect database.

If you have existing records in that User table, you can copy the format for AD name

DOMAIN\User. If you open a CMD window while logged on as that specific user and enter whoami. This will display the correct user to be entered in the SmartConnect user table.
