Add user – Add Feature to Copy permissions and maps list from another user

Accounting offices have lots of turn over. Would be great to have feature when adding a new user to copy the permissions and maps from another existing user. SmartConnect has 100+ maps and having to write down the list of 5 maps that a particular user needs is tedious and time consuming.

Patty,

This is an existing feature in SmartConnect. Select the existing user you want to copy, and select User Maintenance > Copy to New User.
