Add-In Initialization Error

Hello, I upgraded to SmartConnect 2013 on my production server. Trying to install the client software on one machine and getting the following message:

"eOne.SmartConnect.GpAddin2010.dll: The given key was not present in the dictionary." Is this due to the dynamics.set file or permissions per the install?

What version of Dynamics are you running?  I would go into your Dynamics GPAddins folder and remove that file.

Then re-install Smart Connect making sure you mark the correct version of Dynamics GP from our install.  Be sure everyone is out of Dynamics GP on that client machine when doing that install.
