Accented Characters in Real time integration between Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM

Hi there, 
We have a real time integration (from Dynamics CRM On Premise to Dynamics GP) that updates the Debtor Addresses whenever a CRM Account Address record is changed in Dynamics CRM.
The Real Time Integration is transferring the value “Côte d’Ivoire” from CRM to GP and converting it to “C?te d’Ivoire” in GP.
As a test we created an Bulk Data Load Integration from a CSV to GP, and the value “Côte d’Ivoire” gets transferred to GP as “Côte d’Ivoire”.
Our GP database has collation SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS and is accent sensitive. 
The Country field is of type char(61) and located in table RM00101 in GP.
Running the query below results in “Côte d”Ivoire”, which tells me that it is not the collation on the SQL Server Database
DECLARE @cname1  char(61) = ‘Côte d”Ivoire’, 
SELECT @cname1;
Is there any option on the Real Time Integration where I can specify preserve collation or something around the lines?
Any thoughts on what I can do to stop ô from being converted to ? is really appreciated

There is an open bug when special characters are processed by the CRM Real-time connector they are replaced with ‘?’. As a workaround we recommend using a change data source instead.

Thanks for the confirmation and suggestion.

We need it to be a real time integration unfortunately, and as a result the Changes Only Source does not fit our specific requirements .

Any ideas when a fix might be available ?
