Ability to Organize Extender Menus

Our use case requires us to create 9 separate Extender windows off Vendor Maintenance. In addition to finance, different departments within the organization will have responsibility and access to maintain information on specific Extender forms.
The enhancement request is to allow (I) sequencing the Extender menus on the Additional drop-down, regardless of how are when they were created. Currently, they seem only in Window ID order and this cannot be changed once created. (ii)Allow tiering of the menus so we can have a Main Extender Menu to group other sub-menus (all this for Extender Windows not forms)
