I would change the destination type to just the regular Dynamics CRM destination in place of the Bulk option. That will at least give you slightly better messaging on the failure – as the regular option will send each record as a separate call to the web service,
Doing it that way, you should be able to see specifically what records failed and look at the data in those to see what might be causing it. That should get you closer to solving the issue by being able to isolate the failed records, but I haven’t received that message before so I am not sure what is causing it exactly.
