SmartConnect 2016


When using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector the map tenants are CRM Organizations. When a map is created the default CRM organization selected on the CRM connector setup window is set as the target on the map. If another CRM organization, or another CRM server/organization is the required destination then the tenant must be amended on the CRM destination.


To amend a CRM tenant (organization):

1.Open Map >> Create, or select the Maps Quick Link and double click on the map to be edited.
2.If creating a new map enter the map id, description, data source, key field and CRM destination information.
3.On the map setup window select the Organizations button to open the organizations window.
4.All CRM organizations to which you have access on the current CRM server will be displayed.
5.Select the required organization(s) to update / de-select any organizations that are not to be updated.
6.If the organization to be updated is defined by a field in the data source select the Define button Define_Tenant and create the calculation to determine the target organization.
7.Select OK to close the organizations window.
