Upgrade to SC 2016 – Please setup CRM Instances error
Hi, I upgraded from SC 2015 to SC 2016 and when I open any map that has CRM as a destination I receive a message: “Please setup Instances for CRM and upgrade this map before opening or running this map”. I have run system maintenance successfully without errors (3X actually). I created 2 CRM instances under Manage Instances (I have 2 organizations in CRM) and there is a already one there marked as a default but Instance Name field is blank and I cannot type in that field when I edit.
  1. Forgot to mention we are on CRM 2016 On Premise and my CRM connector is configured and connects successfully.
