6 Months Unlimited Support
Since most implementations and subsequent product adoption happens within the first 6 months of the product purchase, our 6 months of unlimited support provides you with the best value in working with our team of support experts. This support option is available only with your initial product purchase, can be used for support calls only, and is designed to help keep you up and running. Bronze Level Support
When "just enough" is what you need, Bronze Level Support is the way to go. It provides you with 10 hours of time that can be used toward support. Bronze Level gives you the freedom to contact our team of experts for any support question that crosses your desk. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
Silver Level Support
Want to have access to the eOne team for your support questions? Already have some of those questions in mind and know that you need more than the Bronze Level has to offer? Silver Level Support is a great option with 25 hours available to spend with our team of support experts. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)

Gold Level Support
Do you have a number of eOne products? Do you have special customizations? Do you have lots of hands-on users? If you answered "Yes" to any of those questions, we recommend our Gold Level Support package. With Gold Level, giving you 50 hours of support, you can ensure that your users have plenty of time available on your account for their support needs. You are in control of how and when you utilize the eOne expertise. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
4 Hour Prepaid Blocks
If you only need help to get through the next hurdle - then a simple 4 hour pack is the way to go. You can purchase support at the discounted rate of $165/hour in 4 hour blocks of time. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
