We keep our pricing on support simple and easy. We provide you with five support options, each at a different price level:
6 Months of Unlimited Support $2,500
Full access to the eOne support desk for 6 months. This ensures you get all the help you need during install, setup and configuration.
Bronze Level $165p/hr
A block of 10 hours that can be used for direct support assistance from the eOne team of experts. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
Silver Level Support $145p/hr
A block of 25 hours that can be used for direct support assistance from the eOne team of experts. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
Gold Level Support $125p/hr
A block of 50 hours that can be used for direct support assistance from the eOne team of experts. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
4 Hour Packs
Our minimum support pack is available at the rate of $165/hour - so you can purchase 4 hours or 40 hours - it's up to you. (Hours expire two calendar years from the purchase date.)
